Call peaks

Ten calls at once at peak time, with no queue and no hold music.

What happens at half past one

The phone fills up exactly when the place is fullest. Both want the same person.

Today
  • Three calls ring at once and there is only one person.
  • Whoever is serving the counter has to choose who to leave standing.
  • The caller gets an engaged tone and does not try again.
  • The call that does get picked up is dealt with in twenty seconds and half done.
  • Nobody knows how many were lost: there is no trace.
With heydiga
  • All three are answered at once, with none of them waiting.
  • The person in front stays that person's only customer.
  • The caller gets a voice on the first ring.
  • The call is handled in full even if it is the sixth that hour.
  • There is a record of what came in, at what time and what each one wanted.

What everybody asks

Six quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

What happens when lots of calls come in at once?

heydiga answers them in parallel, each with its own complete conversation: there is no queue, no engaged tone and no hold music, and it picks up on the first ring even if it is the sixth call that hour. That is the difference from a person, who can only take one call at a time and leaves the rest waiting or hanging up. The plans section shows how many simultaneous calls each plan includes.

Is it useful for one-off peaks, such as a campaign or an ad?

Yes, and that is where heydiga shows most: the day an ad goes out or a campaign starts, it answers the calls that come in at once without the team having to be reinforced. If a call brings an opportunity, it collects the enquirer's details instead of letting it drop. Afterwards there is a record of what came in, at what time and what each caller wanted, so it is clear when the phone is genuinely overloaded.

Can it answer several calls at once?

Yes. heydiga answers several calls at once, with no queues and no engaged tone, so at peak times no customer is left waiting or hangs up. The plans section shows how many simultaneous calls each plan includes.

Is it worth it if I already have someone answering the phone?

Yes, and it is the most common case when starting with heydiga. It is set up in backup mode: reception remains the first line and the agent picks up what is lost today, the after-hours calls and the ones at peak times. Once the business sees the results, it can switch to front-line mode so the agent filters out the repetitive calls and the person keeps the enquiries that add value.

What are backup mode and front-line mode?

They are the two ways of connecting heydiga. In backup mode, the business keeps its current set-up and diverts to heydiga only the calls nobody picks up or that come in after hours: it captures what is lost today without touching day-to-day operations. In front-line mode, heydiga answers the main number, resolves the repetitive calls and passes to the team whatever needs them. The usual path is to start in backup mode and move to front-line mode once the business sees what it resolves.

Can it transfer the call to someone on the team?

Yes, heydiga transfers the call to a person when needed, along with what has been said so far, so the customer does not have to repeat it. The business decides which number or extension it goes to and in which cases: when the customer asks, complaints, sensitive matters or any other case it defines.

Try it at your next rush hour

It starts answering in minutes. The next avalanche no longer returns an engaged tone.

The phone causes more trouble

If this one rings a bell, these three will too. Each is solved on its own.

Checks slots, books, moves and cancels without going through a person.
Confirms the day before and recovers what a no-show leaves behind.
Prices, hours and conditions stop reaching the front desk.
